When you create an account: your name, email address, and a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
When you claim or add a listing: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and your role at the business.
When you submit an enquiry: your name, email address, and the message you send to a business.
When you submit a review: your name and review content.
Automatically: standard server logs including IP addresses and browser information. These are retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.
We do not collect payment card details. Any payments are processed securely by Stripe, who have their own privacy policy.
